InstantDubLab
Terms of Use
Last updated 2026
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract to use InstantDubLab.
2. Content Rights
You represent and warrant that every media file or URL you submit is fully licensed for dubbing, and that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and releases. You remain solely responsible for third-party claims, and we may delete jobs or suspend accounts that violate copyright or platform policies.
3. Billing & Credits
Usage-based charges are estimated and captured before a dub begins. By submitting a job you authorize VOOV Software LLC to bill your default payment method via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the requested dub or required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit circumvention.
- No sharing of login credentials or attempts to access other users’ jobs.
- Respect ElevenLabs’, Stripe’s, and YouTube’s respective Terms of Service.
5. DMCA & Takedowns
VOOV Software LLC responds to properly formatted DMCA requests and may suspend your access if we receive credible infringement complaints. Send notices to [email protected] with the copyrighted work, infringing URLs, a sworn statement, and signature.
6. Warranties & Liability
InstantDubLab is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability, output quality, or provider limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or in-app messaging for material updates.
