1. Data we collect

• Account info from Supabase (email, profile metadata, authentication events).
• Billing info managed by Stripe (customer ID, payment method status, transaction IDs).
• Uploaded media or YouTube URLs plus derived metadata (duration, language, filenames).
• Operational logs such as IP addresses, browser signatures, and rate-limit counters.

2. How we use your data

We process data to run the dubbing workflow, calculate pricing, enforce rate limits, deliver share links, and comply with legal obligations. We also capture a timestamped affirmation that you hold rights to each video, which lets us respond to copyright claims.

3. Storage & retention

Media assets live in our managed object storage bucket, and the provider handles encryption in transit. Logs and job metadata are retained for up to 12 months unless law requires longer retention or you request deletion.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with subprocessors that provide essential services such as dubbing, authentication, billing, and storage/CDN delivery. Each partner contractually agrees to protect your data and only use it to deliver the underlying service.

5. Your choices

You may access, export, or delete your stored dubs by contacting us. If you terminate your account, we purge associated media within 30 days unless we must retain it for billing disputes or compliance.
